….as I walk down the street, feeling lost or uncertain of my place in the world, what the people around me are thinking. Where are they going? Are they happy? Is their business suit for an interview or for a very important role that leaves him/her unfulfilled? Do they have large families or are they searching for one? Do they crave clarity about what the future will hold as much as I do or are they living in the present, content to be in a city as beautiful as this?
The couple above didn’t spark any such questions – they knew where they were going and that it had to be together. Hand-in-hand.
